How to claim last quarter bills as it will lead to be paid from next year ACG
ReplyDeleteAll expenditure in respect of Tele reimbursement are not related with FY. Hence expenditure will be reimburse in 1st Qtr of next FY.
ReplyDeleteSir can I expect policy for the same? Where it has been mentioned that u can claim the last quarter bills in first quarter of the next year.
DeleteDear sir,
ReplyDeleteI am a entitled officer posted in field & having a residential civil BSNL LL at my SPR. Can I claim the telephone reimbursement allowance.
No reimbursement for LL at your SPR.
DeleteKindly Clarify. Why not? After all SPR is the selected place of residence. Further, if that be the case than thousands of entitled officers serving in hard field. intense CI Ops, Siachen Sector are denied of the same. Is it a facility just meant for entitled personnel posted at Peace locations? Would like some amplification / authority which debars the same for SPR.
DeleteThank you
Apch AFT if u feel aggrieved.
Deletewhat is the rule, if the officer claims to residential telephone and the telephone connection is installed in the name of his wife, can husband claim for the same.
ReplyDeletein my opinion -No. It has to be on Officer's name and postpaid billing.
